Notice that Amberlynn’s gallery consist of many unusual art techniques. I
like the way she makes her black and white drawings. The contrast she
creates is very interesting.
Look at the unusual angle of the bird drawing. This drawing, in my
opinion, would perfectly fit as an illustration into children’s books.
Really cool idea.
Amberlynn’s anime portrait of “Katherine”: only one eye is visible. That
eye is the core point of the whole picture. Purple color is very good
choice and the contrast is great.
She has a great feeling for making cool looking contrasts. Take a look
at the “Anime Girl” drawing. Cool approach creating that colorful eye on
the black-white-grey background with glittering mist and pink fog on
the side.
Look at the “Rare Eagle 2” drawing’s accompanying text: ….for one to fly…go and read it. Very uplifting! Good job Amberlynn!
One of my first attempts in drawing anime an I'm proud of it.
I enjoy this website and I would like to share my thoughts on my art to prove it. This rose was drew from a real life like one and when I sketched it I was in one of those moods to where I was completely calm and peaceful an I felt the need to create one of lifes very beautiful creations.
It's strange but when I sketch its usually cuz something inspired to draw a certain type of sketch. This one, came to me because I was outside and I saw quite a few birds setting on a power line. I remember thinking, they are amazing. More than anything they are free. They fly without really knowing where and to be able to feel that wind as it runs through their feathers? Thats as close as freedom for a creature to be. So I drew this from a photograph.
I get told that the way I draw characters is different. Not sure if that's a good thing or not lol but I happen to enjoy drawing em like this. She is my 5th or 6th original character an I hope she doesn't look to bad!
I draw eagles ALOT and this one was a different kind of eagle. Its one of those rare one. Didnt finish it sadly. I been drawing realism alot lately, this one has a special saying to it,
Im back with another eagle lol One of my favorite creatures. I adore them so. They are proud and mysterious creatures. One thing that I love about them is that no matter the distance they are, or the height in which they fly, they are simply free.
Tigers are fierce and strong creatures. They symbolize power in the form of beauty. My first realism sketch
I haven't been doing realism long. This is my second piece actually. The proud eagle. When I drew this I was thinking no matter what I will always have pride and I want to make something that resembles just that. An eagle that took me 2 hours to do that shows it not with words but through image.
Its my second puppy sketch. If you looked at my first an this one you would definitely see an improvement lol I spent my whole life hoping I could get better and I have actually. I enjoyed drawing this little pup
I drew this at a friends house. It was about 7am an I haven't been asleep once so its I wonder I drew at all, but it was cloudy out and I felt really upset and a thought popped into my head to sketch something cuz it would take my mind off things so I drew this. Took an hour maybe a little over.
This is my fourth anime drawing. It's a bit different but I enjoyed it. I sketched it but gave it some color an what not through an app of mine. After all, color makes for more beauty an unfortunately I have no art pencils, colored pencils etc. Sadly.
Drawing my own anime characters have always been a problem but I managed to grow in skill. This drawing came out as an image from a simple photo in which I captured some aspects in.
