Leila and Dora

These two sweethearts are inseperable. Leila is a lab pit mix and Dora is a pug. Drew this for a good friend. Dora is 15 years old. Leila takes good care of her.

Thank you for the comment Ivan :) I had a hard time with this one. The lab mix was difficult for me. Not sure why other than maybe the photograph was not of good quality and I had to guess at some of the details but still capture the personality. Took several attempts before I was ok with it. The pug was a lot easier! Black labs are hard to draw! Guess I need to draw more of them!!
