Owl Eyes

I just started learning to sketch while I am on the mend from a minor surgery. I have always had a small amount of talent but never really tired anything before. My mother and grandfather are/were artists so I’d like to give it a shot.. I am in my mid 30s and am just starting but am pretty happy with how this one turned out.

All I can say is that you have inborn awesome pencil strokes! You absolutely should practice as much as you can. Even these first owl eyes are so damn well done despite you say you are just starting...it is because you have art flowing in your bloodstream. Please sketch,draw and doodle more, and then even more :) You can upload your progress here :)
