Gary the Snail

Gary the Snail is SpongeBob's pet. He meows, gets fed by his owner and reads poetry. He doesn't like jealousy of other pets, Squidward and starvation. Gary spoke for the first time in this season 1 episode "Sleepy Time" (only when SpongeBob went into Gary's dream). He sometimes gets really vicious when he has to deal with filth, Plankton and worms.
