So an imaginary view and some simple decor. I honestly think that what is known as traditional art, must be revived. Nowadays extreme self-expressionistic "artists" are teaching things which cannot be even considered as art, for eg a blank canvas.
Leonardo Da Vinci obviously never expected that several hundred years after his death, art will be diminished just to a mere blank canvas just for the sake of self expressionism. Or worse, human excrement conserved in tin cans.
If someone enter a singing contest but cannot even sing properly, he will quickly be disqualified. But in the art world, just with the pretension that art is subjective, so here even one vomiting on a canvas will be venerated...
If in music or any other domain, people seek for skill, then visual art also has its nobility. In the past not all people were labelled as artists but those who have acquired serious skills by constant practice for years. While today any young just buy a canvas and splash some colors on it and he will be labelled as artist.
When we see insignificant "art" being sold for millions of dollars then this gives impression that art can be a great tool for money laundering system...else who will buy for eg a black canvas for millions of dollars....
