i tried to draw a dog, because i really like them, but i don´t like the eyes

Don't worry about the eyes now. You can still re-do them and they will be fine. I would suggest take a good look at dog's eyes on a close up photo or best of all look at the eyes of your own dog. I know you can make it because you already did so in your previous cute animal drawings. A good exercise is to draw only the eyes (a couple of times) on the separate paper until you really get it right and then make the adjustments on the complete picture.
