My Penguin

Like Ivan, I too painted while at school. Then came years of working and raising a family. A friend of mine encouraged me to take up pottery (which I enjoy) a couple of years back. Then for my 51st birthday (you're never too old) my family bought me some watercolor classes. Oh what fun. But I wanted to do more. I needed help to draw (things) anything. Then I found Ivan's site. I wanted to draw a penguin. Ivan's step by step guide helped me draw my first penguin. Then I added a little watercolor paint. Hope you like it.

:) wow Caroline, this is coooool :) i am so happy you began drawing and painting :) no matter how long we suppressed ourselves, even if we RE-start at zero, we still can do a great piece of work :) you have just proved it :) awesome :) keep on drawing and painting :) ...and uploading your work :)
