Walking barefoot in the summer-time can be so liberating. In this illustration, Simon's, walk outside gave him more than a feeling of freedom. As pictured in this drawing, what he feels is not at all visible to his eyes, so, he attempts to investigate the matter of his "Sticky Toes" a little closer.
Using a computer to paint a drawing truly takes time. Even when using a black gel-pen, in order to get deep dark lines, paint must be directed onto the gel-lines. I used several other techniques such as: smooth-lines, darking, contrast, scratch removal, emboss and film-grain to get a rich and bright impression.
