'Together' is an illustration of a young family: mom, dad and son taking an unexpected nap. This drawing demonstrates just how close they are as they find a moment of calm-rest 'Together.' Dad, mom and son have formed a trusting bond that makes an unexpected nap a chance to relax together as they appreciate the comfort and warmth of their loving family.
I drew this illustration with a No. 2 pencil, then went over it with a black gel pen and next painted it using my computer. After painting it, I used a technique called Emboss to give it a carved impression to stand out a little. Lastly, I used a technique called 'Film Grain' which is an optical effect that adds particle/grain to the overall appearance of this drawing.
