This is my method of drawing Vicky from the popular Nickelodeon animated show The Fairly OddParents on Microsoft Paint. Vicky is a sadistic, cruel and ruthless 16-year old female babysitter who attempts to torture Timmy Turner. She had a main role in the first 6 seasons but then had a recurring role from season 7-10. She has a younger sister called Tootie who has a crush on Timmy.
